I would think the test I had done where they pinch the fat in a few places would be more accurate. Ask your trainer his(or her) opinion on which one it better. Does my body fat % seem accurate?.... I'm 30 yo, 5'5" 170 lbs and had my body fat tested in 3 spots with the tool that pinches and it came to 20.79% .

Thanks troy! I was thinking of sticking around 1500 cals. This morning I worked out with my trainer and did a hour of legs and burned 650 cal. Tonight Im doing contact kickboxing for a hour and that should be about 500 cal. I just dont know what is too much and or not enough.
