After realizing this, I sought the assistance of a professional weight-loss clinic to help me get off some weight that I gained over the summer (stress of relocating and moving). I have been successful on a low-carb plan, but I want to remain successful. On of MFPalers turned me…

@ronitabur; That friend was there for a reason! You make a good point about "finding a reason to succeed!" And, since I am an educator, you have just given me an idea for some "homework" for our group! Stay tuned!

Hello! I read about cutting carbs for two consecutive days each week. The article says it helps with fat loss. I may try that too! Thanks for sharing!

Sounds great! You may have to share that healthy chicken tortilla soup! Good luck with training for the 5K! You have made great progress so far.

I forgot to include a schedule that I have from the Facebook group, for Round #2. This is what I am doing, instead of the original calendar. I think this is a bit more challenging. :grumble: Copy and paste this link: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/36976314/Les%20Mills%20Pump%20Round%202%20Schedule.docx *Just in case you cannot…

My focus this time will be changing my eating habits. This week, I am not ready to go really strict, but I do plan to incorporate Michi's…

Hi, When you say you ate 1200, then 1350...do you mean that was your net for the day? Thanks!

OK, today I completed the 60 in 30-60-90-120! Kathy Smith's Functionally Fit Fat Burning Workout was a great choice to extend. I like that it consists of 2 minute interval bursts, with recovery. So, when I go to the end, I skipped the cool down and went back to the beginning! Check out my HRM!

We will miss you, but happy camping, and thanks for the tips!!!
