I am adding 8 cups of water and 2 cups of green tea. It is so easy for me to let the water go. I am letting go of fast food, only eating out once a week.

Yes, you have some choices to make. Cardio sounds like it's in the bag. I have never heard of Bikram yoga, but when I googled it, it sounds amazing! "Heated Yoga!"
