  • I went to the Les Mills website and used an estimate, based on the calories and time burned in the gym class. MPF adjusts for the 20, 30 minutes, etc. Do you think is absolutely necessary to invest in a tool to track my calories burned?   • All of the articles I read say don't eat within 3 1/2 hours of going to bed. So, you will probably be better off not eating, as long as you have eaten frequent, small meals throughout the day.
