  • Ohhh gosh girl! lol..I have the same thing lately!! I try to drink some water before bed hoping that it will go away...I log it with the rest of my food for the day cause each day I wake up I look at it like a new day :)
  • Mine did that too..at first, what kind did you buy? If I move my new one AT ALL, it changes my weight! I thought it was a really good one too..my old one always went up and down too when you moved it just alittle and thats why I bought a new one..I think i wasted my money..lol
  • I haven't tried biggest loser on the kinnect...but I have it on the wii, I guess I should pull it out, cause I haven't used it but once...it could be fun. HOWEVER..if your looking for a good workout..I would also look into dance central for the kinnect.. Its alot of fun!!

  • I would try to eat a few snacks during the day...Im pretty sure..that unless your consistant everyday with the same amount of calories you intake..then when you eat more than your used to, your body will store that extra fat you ate..even if you really didn't go too overboard...I normally have 1-3 hundred calories a day…
