Cooking my BF dinner (lasagna roll ups, salad, and bread) and then spin class later (first one) and then back home to relax with him! Maybe indulge in some wine or champagne.

I am on 1210 a day, I eat back some of my exercise calories but not all. At the beginning I didn't but then I wasn't exercising as much. I burn more than 600 calories a day exercising. I'm still losing weight.

I saw it on an infomercial this weekend. It was one of those half hour ones. I watched a little of it, it was mostly talking and not too much showing what the dvds are about. Wish they would have showed more examples. Alot of the people they had talking there was a blurb under them that said, they didn't lose this weight…

I love Zumba. I have lost almost 45 lbs with Zumba and other things. The classes are the best. Don't feel embarrassed no one else can dance either. I have Zumba for the wii and like that but class is so much better. I burn about 550-700 calories in an hour class. I'm 5'4" and 189 lbs. I go 2-3 times a week.

Any exercise is better than no exercise. Walking is great! You can burn lots of calories (if you get your speed up or uphill). Plus its not as stressful on your body as running.

I'm over on my sugars every day with fruiti and Milk There is no way you can have 5 fruits/veggies daily and not be. I make sure I review at the end of the day what my sugars are and if they are fruit and milk and a little of something else then I'm ok with it.

I went to yoga tonight burned 300 calories (according to hr monitor) it was a tough class, lots of sun salutations! I LOVE zumba. I have it tomorrow night.

Well I'm a Packer fan who lives in Indianapolis. I would really like to see the 49ers get to the superbowl since my Packers aren't here. We plan on going down at least a day to see the Superbowl village and fan experience.

I hated the whole level 2 because I hate plank. Its one of my resolutions to work on that this year and maybe when I do the 30 day again in July I'll be better at it. Bicycle crunches probably are the worst or the plank with the knee lifts because my big fat belly gets in the way lol.

I weighed on the wii for almost a year. The results will be different based on carpet vs hard floor. I got a fancy weight watchers scale for Christmas and I found that it was about 2lbs different (higher) than the Wii.
