I do a mix of Zumba and Yoga at a studio and then I throw in some Wii Zumba and other games. I also have work out dvds, yoga, cardio/weights, and exercise ball I mix in on days that I don't go to classes. I don't belong to an actual gym.

I did it a few months ago. Took me 2 months because I got a bad cold but I lost 14.2lbs and 9 inches. ( I did other things along with it like yoga and some zumba)

I love actual Zumba. I ordered WII Zumba 2 from Amazon for those wintery days where I don't want to leave the house. I have Just Dance 3 and I really like it.

I have used it for about a year. Its a good kill time work out activity. I wouldn't say your going to build big muscles with it but if you are just getting started it is a good place to be. Some of the activites are fun and get you moving. You can run or "ride" a bike. There is some boxing that kind of gets your heart rate…

I just started this last month. I made mine on google calendars. This way it syncs with my phone. I had added all my workout classes I want to attend so they show up on appointments. I also added my other work out things like videos and stuff. I feel worse if I have to delete them off because I didn't do them. I love it.…

I never liked it when I first tried it either. I have found Chobani to be the best tasting. I buy the vanilla and add my own fresh berries to it and sometimes granola. I just found Chobani at my local walmart this weekend. Some leave a funny after taste, Chobani is less strong.

When I actually admitted that I needed to do it "for real" this time. I also watched my portions. HUGE difference when you only eat what you are supposed to.

I have done the same, monthly goal. It doesn't seem so daunting when it is only 30 days long and not a year! (I have yearly ones as well) Also it doesn't mean your goal has to be weight related. I have some that are nutrition related. Like drinking a glass of milk every day or eating 5 fruits/veggies a day.
