Thanks so much ollybear! Being below 200 was such a big thing, I didn't realize it till I was there. I called my drs and scheduled my appt for next year and asked what my weight was last time, I was 226 so I will be down about 30 from the last time I went to the dr when I go next year! How about at least 20 mins of activity for 5 days out of the week till dec 31? This could be walking, running, workout video, swimming etc?

I agree with all the above, I'm on day 25....... with a 3 week break for a bad cold.... and I am now able to successfully complete level 1 (on the easy girl) with no problems. Level 2, another whole story! I hate the plank and I'm either doing it wrong or my arms are just not strong enough yet. level 3 looks easier but wow…

My first goal was 207, I rewarded myself with some new work out clothing. It was practial because some of my old ones were too big and who doesn't like new clothes!

Well I have 5 days left of 30 day shred and will be starting her new Shed and Shred as soon as it comes in the mail (it is released Dec 6th). She has grown on me but we have a love hate relationship. I have about 70lbs left to go in my journey. The first 30 has been a real sacrifice but so worth it.

Depends on your weight. I burn about 200 calories during level 1, I'm 5'4" and about 199lbs

I use it on lots of things. I put it on a hamburger instead of sliced cheese (one of my favorite uses). I have also melted it on a baked potato and added veggies to it for a good meal. There is also a Hungry girl recipe for some quick broccoli cheese soup using a wedge of laughing cow and broccoli and cheese one serving…

So I'm a bit late too.... but I'm thankful for Family Friends Job/house etc MFP And that I made it through Thanksgiving week and still lost almost 2 lbs!

I make mine on the weekends too. Sunday night I wash my fruits and veggies, make my breakfasts (usually granola fruit and yogurt) and prep some salads for lunch.

Is everyone ready for this weekend! Resist that extra piece of pie but don't make your self miserable because you aren't letting yourself have a good time. Enjoy a glass of wine/beer, have a slice of pumpkin pie, eat some mashed potatoes! Its ok :)

Level 3 looks easier but I can attest that it is NOT! I did it once cause I was bored with one and two. I had to go back to level 1 cause I was so sore! lol

I use the Wii Fit for tracking and for some of the exercises. I also have Just Dance 3, love it! The Zumba 1 and 2 are on my christmas list as well as Gold's Gym Dance.

Sodium Sodium Sodium! There is tons of sodium in ramen. Plus I don't think they are very nutritious. The bang for your buck is great but its kind of wasted calories. There are some lower sodium versions. But you'd be better off buying a healthy choice can of soup.
