my mum is currently on Herbalife - she has had AMAZING results. I'm gobsmacked by them to be honest. I wish I could do it but its too expensive for me at present.

Holy mother of god! I have just done day 1, level 1 of the 30 day shred. *trembles* I feel like jelly. haha Well done to you ladies who've made it past day one!! haha MUST KEEP AT IT!! I've took measurements and photographs and will do the same every four or five days GOOD LUCK LADIES (oh my arms ache sooooo bad!)
