CRAVING!!

Stupid time of the month.

I just want to stuff my face...I just made a 5 minute chocolate mug cake (shared it with the kids and used low cal stuff) but its not enough I need something else.

Im not hungry i'm just really really craving food. I can't think about anything else?! I always get this way at those special times of each month :(

Does anyone else experience this? How do you beat the cravings? Or do you not?

Gah!!! I need foooooood.

*sigh*

    I too went through a phase like that, except my appetite keep going another two weeks afterwards and my mood swings became unbareable! I finally decided to try SlimQuick to help me out since it helps support hormones, stress, appettite, etc. Of course I do recommend trying a more natural approch first. But it has cured my problems :)

    You sound like me that "one week" of the month :)

    try curbing your cravings with some fruit perhaps. Or go do something fun to keep yourself busy and not think about the sweets :) Its hard, i know it is, but try to stay out of the kitchen, go do something outside if possible, or clean (haha, believe it or not, cleaning works for me) :)
