Bump!

This did give me an idea to maybe make a kettlebell since I been wanting to try a kettlebell workout since I heard Joe Rogan rave about them on his podcast. Thanks for the idea!
-
So far it seems most just throw them out; I was hoping for some creative ideas.

From what I found the wrist devices are not really that accurate when it comes to burned calories. Since it doesn't know your metabolism it might be off by 25-60% if not more.
-
Oh Wow! This looks really good and for the price you can't beat it. How do you use it? Do you sync it with two devices at once?
-
Ohhh OK; that's pretty cool!
-
What do you mean by "You can also add on a cadence sensor for biking as well."? What would that do?
-
This looks interesting; do you have one? $600 is a lot to invest tho.
-
Congratulations! It's been 14 days for me since I had a smoke.
-
Thank you all for your recommendations!
-
Thanks for the recommendations. To give you some background; I'm looking for something that I would only use while exercising and/or riding my mountain bike.
-
I think both have trials where you can get first couple means for free so why not try both and then choose?
-
Anybody?
-
Oatmeal with some cinnamon; bit boring, but it does the job.
-
Have you tried to just work out at home so you won't have to deal with ppl at the gym? With the right "tools" and program you can do everything that the gym has to offer.
-
This looks really good; I might give this a try as well! Thanks.
-
Those are 2 great ideas...I think I'll try one or both of them out! Thanks!

Basically anything that's not 8,000+ calories like a restaurant one
-
Those look pretty good and I'm figuring that the calories will be around 300-500 per serving depending on the ingredients and the amount/thickness of the dough used. Speaking of the dough; I was thinking of using one of those Pillsbury Pizza Crusts. Has anybody used them before? Are they any good?

I got my food scale at Walmart for like $10 and so far it worked great. For the regular scale I would recommend the WiFi Withings scale; it connects to MFP App and updates your progress as well as checks your Weight and Body Fat %.
-
It works for me and I like it way more than any of the other ones I used.
-
Joe Rogan had the guys that created Cowspiracy and they explained this topic which was quite interesting; I recommend listening to it. It's one of the more recent Podcasts.
-
I would recommend P90X3; they all are 30 min and worked great for me. You can also try the original P90X and just do half of it.
-
Those look so nice, but sooooo expensive! I was looking at CycleOps which are not that cheap, but seem to be pretty good. Any places online you would recommend for equipment and trainer tires?
-
Could you elaborate as to why you hate it?
-
Sounds good. Do you guys have any recommendation of places and brands for the slick tires?
-
Those look pretty good; can't wait to get them! Thnx!

I was going to recommend a spinach cobb salad, but I guess that's not an option. How about some other salad type with about 4oz of chicken breast and maybe some tofu instead of hardboiled eggs?
-
I would recommend Quaker Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal and then add some cinnamon to it; the result is about 125-130 calories and it tastes great (IMO).
