I do have MFP set at sedentary and then eat back exercise cals if I feel I need it. My workouts are mainly intervals on the treadmill....I have been able to up my intensity these past couple of weeks. Someone mentioned stress being a killer...I have an extremely stressful job and am under pressure 24/7. I can't change that…

I love raw veggies...carrots...celery and cucumbers with hidden valley ranch dip....the good stuff! I love the salad dressing packets and make them with mayo and milk. A little goes a long way.

I record religiously.....even when I blow my calories out of the water! I like to keep myself accountable.
