  • I bought a Sportline HRM. I walked for 55 minutes...3 miles at 3.5 mph. My HRM said I burned 600 calories and mfp said 322 calories. I would buy an HRM so you can get an accurate number. It made a big difference for me.

  • I did WW off and on for years....and had success until points plus came along. Prior to that on momentum, they did allow you to earn exercise points and you cold eat those points. Thus.......eating back your exercise calories. This is not something new and MFP is not the only plan to encourage this idea.
  • You need to be eating a lot more.....I would be sick and have a horrible headache! You need more protein for sure and should try eating at least your bmr. Your body needs some fuel.

  • I LOVE this post! I always feel so lazy...like I am not doing nearly enough. I love to walk...it is my favorite way to exercise and I take advantage of the nice weather for as long as we have it. All of my success in years past was from walking.
