I feel like a loser every week!!! The first 3 days of the week I do very good, but when thurs,fri,sat, and sun comes I fail and overreat!!! I feel like a failure every week! I am tired of starting over and over again! sometimes I feel like I cant do it. Its a very destructive cycle! Any advice and help will be appreciated! Thank You!

    Relax. Like anything new, it takes practice.

    Did you "give up" learning how to walk, or ride a bike?

    What if you have your weigh-in/measure day on Wednesday. Then Thurs, fri, sat, sun are the beginning of the week and you end on your good days. It might change your frame of mind and trick you out of your destructive cycle.

    I start my week on wed....i know fri..sat and sunday are big days for me
    I have a weekly calorie bucket I use. This helps manage the heavy days for me. It helps trick your brain a little too.
