Because if I work hard, I wanted to reward myself and because I can. I'm not saying it's the only thing driving me. Drive and motivation are not the same as Reward. Let's not make this thread about this. Thank you.

That's great, but no. I'm talking about an extrinsic rewards.

I'm confused by your use of "kitten". The only kitten I know is a baby cat.
-
What are your goals? I find1200 ridiculously too restrictive even at 5'.
-
Well grey cats are really called Blue, so you should name it blue cat.
-
I've got some snake oil to sell you.
-
You should cut whoever said that you out of your live. You don't need that kind of negativity.
-
Wow so disappointed over 100 calories. Seems to me like your fighting some other demons.
-
Probably unrealistic. I'm 5" and at 120 I look ridiculously skinny and unhealthy.
-
You can also get some single serve Nescafé and just get some hot water to make.
-
1000 calories is not enough. 1200 is the minimum and even then depending on your height and weight is usually way too low.

The only time I've worn a one-piece is when I was doing water aerobics but otherwise bikini to anything water related (other than showering)

I've pretty much tried all the Fitbits and hated them. I have an apple watch and love it.

Or you could calculate your BMR and then track of your workouts.

I just think it's inappropriate. There are certain places where you dress a certain way because of social decorum. You wouldn't wear the same mini skirt to church that you would wear to the club. Same rules apply to makeup.
-
Awesome progress. you must feel great!

I love this. It's like the "how do I get motivation" question. There's no answer anyone can give you that will "work" because the only thing that will make you stop is yourself. It's like a smoker stopping smoking. It's not easy but people do it all the time because they WANT to do it. No excuses.

I have makeup remover wipes and take off my makeup if I go to the gym after work. Personally I hate to get sweaty with makeup on. I know I'm going to hate replies on this but I hate seeing women who do have makeup on at the gym. It grosses me out and I don't think it's the place to wear makeup, but in saying that I would…

there's not really a response to this since motivation is internal. you just have to do it even if you don't want to and then you will break through it.

lots of water, stretching, eat well and as someone already said is to get out there and use the muscles.

I love my polar. I've had three in the last 12 years. But they are a bit different. FitBit you wear all the time, whereas the Polar you wear while working out.

I hate tea as well. I too am Hispanic (Puerto Rican) and the only time we had tea was when we were sick. So that is all I can associate it with. LOVE my coffee.

must bump for more kittehs!

ummmm yeah, that's what BodyPump is.

Seems a bit high. I do an hour of bootcamp and usually burn around 350 calories based on my HRM. And this is 50 minutes of very high intensity.
-
To lose weight true, but to be healthy not so much. You need to look at your macros too and make sure they are balanced.

Interesting because I was angry (a form of cranky) yesterday. I went to the gym angry because I was tired, because I'm overwhelmed with work, home and school, because I've been extra hungry lately, because I need more sleep and a little bit of a personal life. On the bright side, I killed my workout. I guess cranky and…

I wrapped my dumbbells in hot pink duck tape. Just missing the glitter. Excuse me as I do some arts and crafts. Not manly at all.

I'm 5' exactly and I must say that if I ever got down to 100 pounds I would literally look I was dying. I generally look healthy about 125 and I've never really been able to get to 115 without doing it in a very unhealthy way. HW: 155 CW: 138 GW: 130 (a very muscular 130)
