Really a week and your already asking about results? You didn't gain weight in a week so why would losing weight be any easier. You need to set realistic goals and stick to it. I think it's totally understandable. But if you plan ahead of time you can still be ok. Last friday, we decided that we were going to have breakfast out on Saturday, so I planned ahead and logged everthing for Saturday. I knew I would be over my goal calories, but that was ok because I put in the time at the gym on Sunday…

Not sure why people say this. I use mine during lifting and subtract my BMR. I tested this once and used the HRM for 5 minutes and basically my calorie burn was my BMR for those 5 minutes.

I agree. I only clean up maybe 15-20 a day during the week. If I have more time during the weekend then I'll devote some time to it then, but for the most part making sure the house is spot less is not a priority.

I didn't really enjoy the food too much on the cruise itself so I guess I was ok. The food was very ordinary and the sitdown restaurants give you small portions.

In order to be successful you have to figure that out on our own. For example I don't like salads so I don't eat them but many people eat salad as part of a low calorie diet. In theory You can have anything as long as it fits in your calories and macros. If your asking for suggestions my diary is open check it out.

String Cheese and almonds Nature Valley Protein Granola Bar Some type of fruit (I usually do a green apple 30min to an hour before a workout as it gives me energy) My mid-morning snack is usually 2 servings of egg product with black beans. Filling, feels like a meal and its yummy.

Fellow shortie here at 5'. I started at 145 and have dropped about 5 pounds over the last month. I would like to get back to the muscular self i was a year ago at 130 pounds.

I got mine set at 98g of protein, calories are at 1300. I have mine set at 40/30/30.

When I was dancing all the time, latin ballroom, I danced 5-6 days a week and my calves didn't get "bulky" they got cut.
