Where do I start? I started a new job working 60-70 hour weeks, re-started an MBA program, bought a house, moved. so basically LIFE got in the way. I only gained 15 pounds but I've lost a lot of muscle.

I agree with what someone else said and would up your protein. Ideally you want it set to 40/30/30. If your using the default setting in MFP then your protein will be too low. I'm at 1300 calories and my protein is set to 98g.

It's not easy at first and yes there's gonna be cravings for the first week or so. There's no trick, it's just about will power. You know fried chicken, a slurpie and brownie aren't good for so why are surprised you went over your a calories?

I agree, I wash my clothes every day too and it still does nothing for that sweat funk. I do sweat and get funky more than your average person. I've tried the vinegar thing and I didn't see any improvement. Honestly after a while I just get new clothes.
