3 mile walk today, and I feel great for having done it, but I'm so exhausted now; I don't want to do another thing [cleaning still not done for the day. Hah hah].

I get what your saying. I have lost some weight and some inches, but it seems I should be seeing much more for as hard as I'm working. >[ But if we keep going, I'm certain we are going to see some drastic changes eventually. :D

Keep it up! You're an inspiration. In the past, I have lost weight, hit my plateau, and threw it all away because I told myself I just couldn't do it. I made lots of excuses like "this is just the way I was meant to be" and "I've already started off badly; I might as well just start again tomorrow." For the latter excuse,…
