count up how many minutes you walked and add up the total amount of minutes you jogged and just type that in . . . if you type in walk it gives you options, brisk, 3.0 like walking the dog . . .etc.

I have the same problem, I found what really helped me get a belly button and not just a line that made it look like a second @$$ was putting your treadmill on an incline. 10 pushups per face card if you go through the whole deck thats like 85 once your done the deck so yes it would definately shed calories and build muscle

Im almost positive I have seen lean cuisine and string cheese in our database. If it isn't there you can put it in yourself that way the database can grow and others can also use it. I did the zone a few years ago and had positive results. I made up an excel worksheet and had it all calculated and graphed out. It got me to my goal then so I would say it is great!! Now that I think about it . . . . I should start it back up too lol:blushing:

I tried it in a time of desperation . . . My boyfriend threw it out on me before I was finished on the 2nd day . . . I couldn't even stand up. It made me so sick and I didn't lose any weight and I didn't even so much as chew a piece of gum while on it!!!
