I was lucky to get in 2 glasses a day but I find having hot water with some lemon is nice to drink in the colder weather also I switched from the 1 time released vitamin to a 3 a day vitamin that way I have a glass of water with each pill. Good Luck!!

My friend had me doing the treadmill at a high incline on about 3.5 for 30-45 min and not only did I lose weight but that baby pouch/extra skin from weight loss went down alot. I sweat a ton and hated every minute of it. Good luck!!

I agree with marymooster. Any exercise is good! On the other hand though, you are right also. I have been addicted to Zumba for 2 years now. Front of the class, memorized steps. . . etc. lol I do not feel it has helped with weight loss possibly weight management but definately not weight loss. I just go because it gets me…

why not google the average calories burned using kettlebells and ADD it to the exercises. When I tried to add Bootcamp and nothing came up there was an ADD feature so I added bootcamp and averaged 450 cal/60min Just a thought!!

It all depends on what you put into it. I personally have done both and currently do both favouring Zumba. But calories wise you burn more calories in spinning class. Zumba is awesome and so much fun but its dancing, great for fun and yeah your moving but it only maintains. I didn't notice any weight loss from Zumba and I…

just go by how you feel . . . by weight and height Im overweight!! This is a recent photo, do I look overweight??? Don't go by numbers go by how you feel . . . my sister weighs 32lbs LESS than me but when we are side by side she looks bigger!?? Go figure :grumble:

I used to take it before meals or when I had cravings. I heard it was good for arthritis, but I was using it to remove toxins, I rarely was sick maybe once a year and it was a little cold. but can't say 100% if it was because of the ACVinegar. Try it! I would put singles . . . because yes you are the only one hitting the ball but you also have to remember if you were playing with another person they would be making you run a heck of alot more.

do you already belong to a gym . . . I found picking up 3 classes at the gym at least made me work out more often .. . Trainers are very expensive . . . Find a friend to meet at the gym 2-3x a week.
