i thought i'd share my dinner recipe with you which i cooked last night and split so that there was enough for last night's tea and today's dinner
I used Fry Light olive oil to fry some Tesco Healthy living Beef for a few minutes and added fresh chinese stir-fry Vegetables for a few more minutes. Then I boiled 125g of Sharwood fine egg noodles and added these to the wok and then added a sachet of black bean stir-fry sauce for another minute and it's done!
I then ofcourse split this into 2 portions and boxed away 1 half in the fridge for the next day
Per portion this came to:
365 calories
41 carbs
6g fat
42g protein
10g sugar
1g saturated fat
and super filling
