Hi Everybody,
I recently added Bragg's Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar as a part of my daily regime (i wouldn't call it a "supplement") A couple of tablespoons in the am and before bed are supposed to clear the toxins out of your body.
My grandmother used to do this when I was a little girl but I never got around to asking her why she did. I got the idea on a suggestion from someone who's doing some natural things to help strengthen her immune system with all of this flu going around.

Anyone out there heard of this product or used it? If so, have you noticed any benfits?

Thanks,
J

I used to take it before meals or when I had cravings. I heard it was good for arthritis, but I was using it to remove toxins, I rarely was sick maybe once a year and it was a little cold. but can't say 100% if it was because of the ACVinegar.

Try it! Everything works different for everyone.

    Good luck,

    Angela

I bought some but how do you get over the taste? Can it be regular vinegar?

    Thanks for the reminder!
This is good stuff! :flowerforyou: :drinker:

Also drinking elderberry juice is good for illness prevention.

People at work are already getting their "annual" colds & flu bugs. :grumble: :noway:
Not me, thankyouverymuch!!!!!
