Peanut Butter chocolate smoothie, popcorn, strawberries. Not very good but I had a large lunch. Last nite I had chicken fajitas with lots of peppers and onions, 50 calorie tortillas, fat free sour cream, salsa, lowfat cheese, Deelish.

I lost a pound between Thanksgiving and Christmas but gained a half pound the week of Christmas. i consider that really good because for me part of enjoying the season is all the great food you get to eat.

10.95 per month Planet Fitness, just a gym but lots of equipment and its in my neighborhood. Most of my friends go to Lifestyles and they pay about $40 per month with a lot more available. Love the french press but dont always have time to make coffee that way. I like it strong with powder creamer (I only like Bordens) with truvia. I will also drink it black with just nonfat milk, but I basically love coffee anyway except weak and/or the cheap stuff.

Got a bangin job with a lot more money, lost 16 pounds and only 2 more to go, I am ending the year very, very happy and that is the best thing of all.

I went from a tight 10 to a 6 in pants. Med to Small in shirts or 8 to a 4.

I drink everything in moderation but I find beer makes my stomach bloated. Vodka cocktails and wine seem to be the best. But I do drink only about 5 ounces per glass and almost always only one.

I eat it all the time. I think its just organic. It doesnt taste different and it has the same calories as the regular chicken.

Outbacks 6 ounce sirloin meal is not too high in calories. I had it with a naked sweet potato and steamed vegys. I try to stay away from salads at restaurants because the dressing is so high in calories, usually I choose fish or something that's not all sauced up.

I have 16 and its taking me a while. I think the slower the better. I just logged in my 106th day and I've lost 15 pounds so far.

I buy coffee beans and grind them, that does the trick. I use Starbucks breakfast blend and others. Some cheaper brands of coffee will do that to you.

That is awesome! I'm having the same problem. My clothes are starting to really look sloppy and I didnt lose 15 pounds to look like a frump.

Try putting pumpkin pie spice in your ground coffee before you turn the coffee pot on. I grind up cinnamon and other spices in my coffee beans and its delicious. Then add milk or cream, whatever you like.
