Try writing about your problems. Be detailed. Perhaps by the time you're done, the hunger cravings will be gone. Relaxing music always helps me, too.

I called them back after measuring myself. I measured 71.5 inches. Turns out I either misheard the nurse or she mispoke, because they measured me as 70.75 inches. Phewwwww. Rounds out to about 6 - 6'1''. Now, about that weight... :laugh:

I'm not sure what's gone wrong with measuring my height. The last time I did it was a year and a half ago. Maybe it was the wrong reading the begin with, and I've just been flying with it. Pretty stupid.

You could try the Master Cleanse, if you're into compromising your immune system and gaining back the weight (and possibly more) when you start eating again. I haven't heard of this before, but I'm not a fitness guru, though. I usually stick to 8-10 glasses a day. Spread out through the whole day, it's not too hard to do. Maybe someone else could address your issue.

When I think I can't do something, I automatically look forward to the things I want to achieve. Basically, I've told myself that if I don't motivate myself to work out, then I'm not going to get what I want. And that's just a fact. So, I'm always motivated by these goals, and they even help me to push myself a bit further…

Thanks for all of the great replies, folks. Generally, I try not to eat after 8PM, also. For dinner, I consume vegetables, and they do a great job of filling me up, too. I will try to come close to my recommended calories from now on, as I want to lose as much fat as possible.

I started my fitness routine yesterday and set this rule for myself. It's so easy to pack on calories with soda. Also, I'm trying to stay away from anything with high fructose corn syrup (commonly used in sodas), as I don't think it's sensible to consume it often.
