Came close to weekly goal, lost barely any weight
I'm 5'11'', 220lbs. I've been eating 1500 calories/day. This week, I was only 200 calories over my weekly goal. However, I only lost 0.4 lbs. What's the deal with this? Do I have to drop my calories to 1400/day to lose some weight or what?

Went to the doctor's today...
Found out that my scale has the wrong reading, for whatever reason. I actually weigh 247 instead of 220. Also found out that I'm not 6'1'', but instead 5'9''. So, I'm not just overweight, but obese. I adjusted my MFP stats, and understand that it's my fault for not being accurate, but this was quite depressing. :ohwell:
