Tips to getting a trim belly and chest...

Since August of 2011, I've lost over 50lbs, from 248 to 197 (currently). Now that I'm slimming down properly, I'm wondering what steps could be taken to reduce belly and chest fat, in order to be more trim or bulky in the chest/stomach area?
I know I could do crunches, but to what extent would they flatten my stomach?
Any suggestions would be nice.

Trying to do targeted fat loss doesn't really work. Your body will lose the fat from the areas it wants to, in the order it wants to, and there isn't much you can do about it.
However, weighted crunches and an ab wheel will go a long way to building up the abdominal muscle (yes, it's just one), which will make your results more noticeable when the fat decides to leave those areas. Bench pressing will build the muscles in the chest, which will have the same effect.
Honestly, you will be best served by a full body weight routine anyway, not just trying to hit one or two areas.0 -
Congrats on your progress so far!
Now keep doing exactly what you've been doing.0
