I'm on Norco, which is hydrocodone and acetaminophen. I take one a day for the pain at night. Not sure if that causes me to retain water, or not. I see. I'll stick as close as possible to my 1500/day then.

Can't run until I get a bone spur taken care of in my knee in February. I thought about it, but I usually walk about 60 minutes a day after dinner, anyway. Figured it wouldn't hurt to keep it up every other day.

When I was trying to lose weight through college (just graduated in May), I would buy microwavable foods. Annie Chun's noodles made for quick, satisfying meals with about 200-275 calories per bowl. I'm trying to drink tea or coffee whenever I feel like rifling through the cabinets. Eliminating the junk from your house is a perfect method, too.

I think I've read of this on NPR. If my calorie goal is 1450 per day, then if I decided to do intermittent fasting, I'd do 500 calories for 2 days, and my normal goal for the other 5 days? Or how does this work?
