Oh sweety, don't feel bad!! I've heard from a ton of ex-smokers that sometimes you eat a bit more because it keeps you from smoking. It happened to me, too!! :))) But I'm a vocalist and HAD to quit because my voice is all I have, job wise. You can do it!!!

The pita chips are awesome!!! There is an organic brand (not sure what it's called) w/ cinnamon sugar on top. My daughter will even eat those and she's not much of an eater of anything!! Yum yum! :smile:

My new fave is taking an kind of mushy fruit (very ripe mango, ripe bananas, etc), fat free yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farms organic), Bare Naked Banana Nut Granola, and a bit of flax seed. I've given up meat. Been a vegetarian (but still eat seafood, occasionally) for almost 9 months, now. I still miss things like bacon but the hamburgers I've easily replaced- veggie burgers are high in the good stuff and low in calories and carbs. I love them!!! :happy:
