  • How about tuna salad, chicken salad, salad with favorite veggies, sandwiches(you can create so many different kinds) stuffed pitas and fruit, I hope that helps a little. Do you have access to a microwave?
  • You know lately thats been happening to me (big yawn as i type this) too, I though it was because of the time change but it been more than a week now and im still very tired all the time and I don't know why. Not much help sorry

  • I love the regular ceaser dressing also but since its loaded with calories i bought ceaser vinegrette and its awsome, you should try it!

  • Every time I weigh myself on a different scale (doctors,home and gym) I weight totally different so don't feel so bad and don't pay too much attention to the scale. You should measure your self every week instead.

  • the yellow part has more cholesterol, that's why some people eat only one whole egg plus 1 or2 egg whites. personally one fills me up!
  • try a scrambled egg on a toasted whole wheat english muffin-thats my favorite breakfast! Also you don't always have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast, eat whatever you want (in moderation ofcorse) Some other ideas: egg omeletes toast smothies yogurt with fruit

  • No its not right, he comes over to my desk and tries to get me to take it and sometimes its so hard because it smells and looks good. So now I always have to eat my lunch before him so im so full i will have to say no!

  • A guy that I work with is always trying to feed me junk food! He knows that i'm trying to eat healthier bt he doesn't care! Everyday he goes out for lunch to a fast food place and he brings me something back like a taco from taco bell, chicken nuggets ect. I've been telling him, no thank you politely but he doesn't care!…
