Too much water??
Hi guys, Is there such a thing as drinking too much water? I have a 32oz water bottle that i fill 3 times a day (some days only 2) so thats 96oz, then when I go to the gym i drink another 16oz or so. Plus i always eat fruits ( oranges, apples ect..) Is that too much?
