One of my coworkers gave me this little prayer so i can read everyday, i though i would share with you guys.
My body takes form after God's idea of perfect man. I am one with the Infinite balance and order of the Universe. I see myself in Mind, as I desire to be, perfect in weight, perfect in symmetry. My appetite is normal in every way. Food does not mean overweight to me- it means nourishment. My glands function perfectly and keep me in tune with God's ideal pattern for me, I give thanks and know that these statements are true.

I really like that...
Here's one I found last night that I was going to share with MFP. It was in an old Women's World Magazine and it was more about affirmations and connecting with the subconscious. I don't know how effective it is but heck...it only takes a minute, it's free and what could it hurt?
I give thanks for this opportunity to nourish myself and to make choices that will restore my body to its leanest and healthiest state. I now know that I am free to choose my food and portion sizes, and that this freedom gives me power to create healthy new habits. I have left bad habits in the past and I am free. I am in total control. I am confident in my ability to choose the best foods and mealtimes for me. I let go of past patterns easily. I embrace and enjoy my new choices I am strong and powerful. I am lighter and happier. Simply repeating these words has already set my subconscious in action to make me effortlessly lean and healthy. I am on my way.0
