I discovered yesterday that i have free work outs on On Demand on Comcast!!! I was going to buy the 30 day shred but why buy it if i have it for free!!! im so excited!! who ever has Comcast should try it out!

Isnt it great? Plus you can see if you like the person or the pace. I have used it before but I will have to check it out again!!

I actually use it all the time down here in Virginia its called COX which is the sister network of Comcast and they are great. I love the Criss Cross Cardio....Enjoy
