Do it NOW! DO as much as you can, but start. It's never too soon to get moving, and the program has an 'easier' version of most exercises that you can try. Don't wait. Life moves on. Don't let it pass you by.

Welcome to the group! I joined recently too, and I'm surprise at how much yummier my meals have gotten. Keep us posted on your progress! I went and revamped my ticker; my first was for a 40 lb drop, and now I'm on the next 45. I have to set smaller goals or I get discouraged. Anyway, welcome again!

I have to agree with the other ladies; skip the Medifast and clean your diet. I was a big 'easy food' eater too, and have just recently started eating more naturally. I read that most people resize their pictures on sites like Photobucket. There's a great sticky thread in the message boards about how to resize your pictures. From what I could see, though, you've done great! I'm inspired!

Strava is another great program you can use if you run or bike to keep track of your runs and see where others are finding fun places to go. Congratulations! Keep trying new things and pushing forward.

You should look in the groups for low-carb, Atkins, Primitive, Paleo or similar groups to join. I did The main boards can open you up to a lot of scrutiny and nay-sayers, but you'll find everyone on here from vegetarians to carnivores. Welcome to the sight! Check in on the "Success stories" thread for motivation.

Hi! Our goals are about the same. I'd be glad to partner up with you. What are your goals? Right now I'm trying to do several things; exercise 3xweek, keep my calories under 1200 a day, and drink 4 glasses of water a day minimum. I have about 50 pounds to loose.
