I agree that loud and constant complainers are annoying. I also think that instructors/trainers who use that "oh let's do 5, 10, 20 more" trick are just as annoying. Once in awhile, ok. There are some who think they are "cute" or funny when they do that. Not. :)

First: I read this thread title and think to myself: "Hmmmm... another person going crazy this week on South Beach Diet" and realize when I see your pic (and then name) that it's the same person! LOL Same person, different place! Increase your fats? Satiation from that tends to decrease sugar/simple carbs cravings.
