If you are using it to cook with I would suggest Extra virgin olive oil. And if you are using it for flavor real butter goes a long way.

I put literally any kind of leftover veggies and meat in my eggs! I make a huge scramble with whatever I have, kale, green beans, broccoli, spinach. I sometimes add cheese and have salsa on the side.

I have severe asthma but it is usually under control unless I am around my triggers. Exercise can induce it especially on cold days. I am reading the Belly Fat Cure Fast Track book now and I think it has some interesting points. It kinda seems like a south beach/atkins combo. I don't think he said 6 carbs a day as he promotes lots of greens which do have carbs. In fact, there is no carb counting on his diet. It seems simpler too then both SB and Atkins…
