Anyone else lose in weird patterns vs. steady? Or inches instead of lbs?
Curious if anyone else looses in weird patterns? I don't loose every week. I'll go a couple weeks of the same or even up and then drop 2-3 pounds. Or anyone else lose inches before weight? I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist but haven't lost much weight. Does that eventually pick up once you have more muscle?

I want to use free weights and equipment at the gym and get buff. And I have some things at home. I want to find a program that spells out what to do (and how). When I google it is so overwhelming! Does anyone have a book or online program that is simple to follow? Like a 30 day program?

Net Carbs? Atkins?
Can someone explain net carbs to me? I read here that it is your total carbs minus your fiber. If you are doing Atkins is the 20 g of carbs per day during induction, total carbs or net carbs? Thanks.
