Short and Long Term Goals

I haven't done this in awhile but I know it is important to define and write down your short and long term goals so here goes:

Today:
Stick to my eating plan of clean, low carb foods as close to my calorie intake as my true hunger allows.
Drink water.
Think positive thoughts.

This week:
KETO and exercise routine esp weight training.

7 week Goal:
I do not like to make weight loss goals as I have found that to be discouraging. I do weigh myself but have stopped obsessing over only the number. I would love to drop a size, some inches and see that my body has become more toned.

    Today, simply sticking with the appropriate foods. Enough protein and fat will be a challenge today.

    This week, keeping my carbs consistently under 100 g and trying to get back into keto. Obviously, keeping the sugar demon at bay...

    I haven't focused on doing keto since I started last fall. I lost so well on it that I decided to focus on that again. I am going to actually buy the sticks again and really try to get in keto-land.
