i am the same - i let it consume my life too but reading what the others have kindly mentioned once things settle down and you see the weight coming off - it will automatically settle into you eating the right foods without really realising it and exercising fits in naturally too

chocolate on the day before af arrives and and the first day then after it disappears (the craving) i normally keep well within calories as i can gain during af week and then it comes off the week after af can last anytime from 5 - 10 days with me

i work in the exercise around my shifts so it can vary on a day to day basis

i aim for once a week - same time (as far as possible) - same scales today though i had a sneaky peak and its gone up due to eating out yesterday staying away for a bit to make sure my next weight log shows i am down

i find that grapes are good - they help keep you "regular" if you know what i mean
