I'm 5"3'...SW before MFP was 150ish and I lost about 20 lbs before joining. Now I'm just working on cardio endurance and strength training in preparation for Tough Mudder in May! Woohoo! I'm stuck at 130 for the time being, but I am ok with that b/c it's mostly muscle :)

I LOVE P90X...you can modify push ups by doing them on your knees until you feel strong enough to go to your toes if you want. Pull ups, I use a resistance band and it can be just as effective. I will warn you, Chest and Back is ALL push ups and pull ups. But like I said, the bands will get the job done ;)

I have the same problem...out of control cravings! I still try to be good, but sometimes ya just can't. Plus if you crave something and deny yourself, you tend to overdo it later. A friend of mine did it last year and said it was brutal, but sh.e loved every minute of it. As soon as she could she registered for the next one. We were talking about it and she said everything I currently do is in the Tough Mudder training program, so I would be fine. I go back and forth with it....lol

I drink my Shakeology. It has everything a healthy salad does and more....it's deemed as the "healthiest meal of the day" If I don't, I usually have 4oz protein and 2oz carbs, mainly 1 egg, 2 white and whole wheat bread/toast....keeps me full and going all morning
