I've never done one of these before but I have been very sucessful at losing weight once in the past. I lost 85 pounds in 4.5 months. I am only looking to lose 10 - 15 pounds this time around. Can anyone share a sucess story regarding this site?

  • I have kept all but about 10 pounds off for 8 years now. I was told about this site from a friend. I really didn't intend to lose any weight but thought I would try this out - I guess for curiosity. My wife and I are both very active people in the gym and outdoors. Lots of cardio and strength for me mostly cardio for her. It's very good that you are starting your physical fitness habits early. They will stay with you for life. Good luck to you in all you do.
  • Support is always good when trying to lose weight or get/stay in shape. Friends can be a great source of motivation in the gym. I have been at it for a long time. It is part of my lifestyle now. I would not know what to do if it weren't for "gym time."
