LoL - Great job! You sound like how I feel every morning when I see my body changing. You are a great inspiration and know you will reach your goal in due time! CONGRATS!

Oh I have experienced the same thing with my husband. But our bodies are very different. Depending on how overweight the person is they will lose weight a lot faster. When we work out together doing the same routine his calories burn is almost double mine. I wouldn't worry about it but it does seem unfair

I hear people don't start to notice until there is a 20lb loss but then it depends on how frequent you see certain people. It's one of those weird things. Could depend on how the person is viewing you? Some may be too afraid to say anything at all. Personally I had several people notice my loss around 17lbs but I just…

I used to be really Anti-iPhone until I went through so many Android phones within 1.5 years. I had G1, G2 & MyTouch 4G and something went wrong with each one. I gave in and went over to iPhone in Feb and wondered why it took me so long. I adore iphone and now I have just about every apple device out there now.

Amazing! What a great accomplishment. Keep it up!

Hi! I haven't been to Disneyland but if it's anything like Disney World you will burn plenty of calories just walking the park and standing in lines. I ate burgers and fries and I still lost my weekly weight. Have fun!

Hi! The insanity workout is serious. I do it with my husband a few days out of the week and it's intense cardio! The program is 60 days long. I haven't gotten a chance to research ripped in 30 but from the sound of it I would do that prior to starting insanity. Only because you will be even more prepared for the demands of…

This just about sums it up. Thanks!!!

Hi...We have very similar goals! I've been going through the same thing recently. Where I was stuck between 195 - 193 for a month all while loosing inches. I decided to tweak my eating a little bit and made sure I was logging foods correctly by building my recipes exactly as cooked, changed up my workout routine and…

BUMP! Looks delicious!

Agree with rileysowner. HRM with chest straps are the most accurate and depending on your output and size your calorie burn will be higher. Was this your first day doing this workout?

AMAZING!

With weight training and fat turning into muscle you will be able to do it in know time! That was a struggle of mine and was finally able to do a push last week after 2 months of dieting and exercise. I started out with planks, then modified push-up and finally a full push up.

If you are drinking enough of water then it could be from the weather (sun exposure, dry air etc). I would use Vaseline or Aquaphor ointment and during the day any type of lip balm that has a sunscreen protection in it.

OMG your story sounds very similar to mine. My mother was the only person who told me I gained weight and said "Girl you Fat". I started my diet the next week and she is the first one to receive before and after pics! That scale you have sounds cool! I have addiction with weighing myself everyday sometime three times a…

I have my own tax preparation/accounting business. I work my hardest at the beginning of the year to enjoy time with family for the remaining part. It's great if you like numbers and have the patience.

OMG! Thanks for the laugh! Agreed with most - weigh yourself after you do your "morning business" for accurate weight logging. After all we have to let out what we put in.

That's the world we live in. I say screw that lady in your class and do what works for you. :drinker: Some of my clients think that because I have nice things that they don't have to pay for services rendered.

It is to be expected during your dieting goals. Don't be hard on yourself just put in the extra work and try to plan ahead. I've definitely been there!

Try switching up your workout routine. It sounds like your body is used to "Jillian Michaels" and now it time to use different muscles. Congrats to you!

HI! I would definitely suggest you to see your doctor soon. It could be thyroid related so you should have your levels checked. I would add B12 vitamins in the meantime. Good luck to you!
