Hi! Did you take comparison pics? Also to help with thighs have you tried bike riding? It's a great leg workout and you can start to see results in 2 weeks. Good luck to you :flowerforyou:

I grind mine up in a coffee grinder a little so I can have a smoother texture. Vanilla Almond milk, ground flaxseed, nutmeg and towards the end I add a scoop of whey protein vanilla powder with water and I enjoy with a Strawberry/Blueberries topping.

^^This is the best - Do your research^^ The diet you are attempting does not sound like the diet for you and your body is screaming for help and it's only day 4. You have officially shocked your body and you are not getting the nutrients needed.

WoW - Congrats on your progress thus far! I wouldn't focus so much on the number on the scale. Having a toned body with little fat goes much further and it's healthier. My husband is doing Kris Gethin 12 week training with great results. It's a tough process but so worth it! Here's a site I came across that may help you on…

5'5 a toned 170lbs is my goal. Even though articles say a healthy weight for my height is 130lbs but I can't picture it. Not going any less then 150 lbs (personal preference of course). Good luck to you :drinker:

I have a crazy addiction with eating boiled eggs so this was very refreshing to read! Thanks for sharing :drinker:

Phew.... I can relate to this post a little. Honestly speaking, I was offended by some members that deleted me while I was working throughout my busy season and though I was very active everyday at one point, I just couldn't fit it into my schedule. I gave up FB because it offered me nothing and this site gives me results.…

It took 3 weeks for me to get pass my plateau. I changed a few things. I found my equation meaning I had to eat more calories and often to lose and I added 3 days of strength & toning to my week. However during those 3 weeks I was losing inches. During your plateau phase I highly suggest to pull out a tape measure to track…

I finally beat that demon a few weeks ago. I'm up to 30mins at a good pace. I see some people running up the stairs for over 30mins and think "How the hell is that possible". My next challenge to try a spinning class.

Woohoo! That is the best type of NSV! Keep at it.

Agree! I have found that I burn just as many calories lifting weights as I do cardio and it's amazing to see what your body can do!

I've been following this training routine and love it. Like you I was afraid of getting bulky but it's not like that at all. As women we do not produce the level of testosterone as men and that is necessary to develop that degree of muscle mass. We also do not eat nearly enough calories that require to assemble that much…

You get your metabolism going really early and that's great. Another plus is the fact that you still have the entire day to burn off those calories. I wouldn't change the routine if it's been working for you.

I'm curious to see what people say. I'm currently testing my body this week to see how my weight is affected if I don't eat back my calorie burn.

You shouldn't do toning/strength exercises everyday. Every other day is good. It gives your muscles time to relax and repair. Some routines I do to work my triceps are: Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks Dumbbell Tricep Extension Tricep Bench Dips I do 3 sets of 10 - 12. Always start with a light weight and work yourself up and…
