I have been jump ropping for years. My grandfather use to teach me to box so I have always loved the jump rope. I have tried so many different jump ropes and finally found one that I love from ****s sporting goods. I hate actual "rope" jump ropes (not fast enough for me) and leather has a devine hate for me lol. Speed…

It is your workouts. I start mine with 30-45 min cardio (running doesnt burn much for me so I do stairs or eliptical and/or jump roping) then I do 20-40 interval/circuit traning. Thats burns tons of calories. Last week a 90 min session burned almost 900 calories. You need to hike up the intensity and get a HRM. Check out…

Then I would ditch the classes and weight train and then do my own cardio or if you love the classes stick to one and the other 2 days concentrate on full body workouts. Bodyrock.tv has awesome stuff. Youtube bodyrock.tv for her older workouts.

Do not feel bad. A few years ago I had a free personal training session and the trainer told me if you eat healthy/diey 5 days then 2 days you can eat more of what you want. I still live by this. 5 days strict and the weekend are my days to party or eat what I want!!
-
At least 3 days. I looked at your schedule. Add 30 mins of strenght training to tuesday and saturday or change it around. What is yur goal with this schedule; to tone or loose lbs?
-
Hmm maybe I will switch it up today :)

If you have a smart phone download the free cardio, arms, butt, and abs workout by Daniel Miller. They are awesome!
-
check out this blog bodyrock.tv she works out at home. She is intense but DO NOT let that stop you. Build your way up! Even if you can only do one of each!
-
I started with 20 min stairs and 15 min incline (on tredmill). It was intense but boy I felt great after!!
-
Yes all trainers tell you to strength train first. I do not follow this. I always do my cardio first bc it gets my adrenaline going and I do more and last longer when I do my cardio first. So they usually tell me to stick to what I am doing if it working for me.
-
Nope! Been doing since the 7th grade and still not 100% flat!
-
Click on the link. They have them on there.

 Holy mother! I DL that cardio (full version) and the cardio workout was great!!! The step up glutes, floor touches, squat jacks, and moutain climbers were tough! I highly suggest it! It is worth the $.99

I hope this makes you feel better: I weighed myself last night and lost NOTHING!! 5 days or working out and ate very well!! Nothing to show for it :/ I have been doing crazy weight training so maybe i lost fat and gained muscle, HOPEFULLY!

Ummmm 5 pounds in one weeks is actually very good. The average/healthy lbs loss in a week is roughly 2 lbs. Why dont you save the time and stress and buy a heart rate monitor.
