Hi everybody! I'll be doing L1D6 tonight! The first few days were horrible, but I'm not feeling sore anymore. I've been using 3lb weights and may switch to 5lbs for some exercises. Glad I saw this thread!

Duct tape your shoes to your feet. You can actually get them stuck in he thicker mud. Wear clothing that's light and snug. The mud will weight it down.

Hi All! I haven't done them in a row, but I think on day 8 or 9 of Level 1. I've gotten pretty comfortable with it and plan to start Level 2 tonight. Nice to see others in the process too. I've seen people post really great results, so I'm trying to stick it out.

I'm at about 215 and find it doable. I've done it when I was larger. You can still modify moves or slow down. For example, I don't like to do butt kicks so I just do another cardio move during that time. Even if you can only do a few moves when you initially try it, you'll see improvement really quickly. Hi All! I'm technically at the end of Cycle 1, but I'm extending it a few days since I had a major cheat this weekend. I've lost 9lbs, and although it's not my goal it's still a good number of pounds for 17 days. i did my first workout last night too- kickboxing.

Welp... I just had my first for real cheat. I was out late and hungry so I had some wings. I actually did wake up and FEEL thinner today :bigsmile: . My waist does seem to be a bit smaller in clothing too. Not a full size or anything, but there's a change.

Still at 213 today. :grumble: I'm hoping I'll see a bid drop. I'm putting the scale away until the end of the cycle. 4 more days!!! At this point, I've come so far that I feel like I may as well finish the cycle.

I think this diet is helping me get better about managing my hunger. Sometimes, since I can't have what I "want" I just let the hunger linger... and I'm learning that I won't die if I don't feed my hunger immediately. Who woulda thunk it?! :laugh: I am ready for this to be over though. less than a week left!

Today I did curry chicken. I made the sauce by adding curry powder and plain greek yogurt. Pretty good. :)
