In my expirience (and we'll wait for others to chime in) weight loss that rapidly is usually the initial water weight and lasts about a week or so.   • Thanks for the info! I thinl I need to tweak my calories too. I only walk at a 3.0 pace because I am in a full arm cast and am nervous about being unsteady right now. I will do some more resarch on adding some good calories!
  • i googled "how many calories do i need to eat to reach my goal weight" and a calculator on about.com popped up. it asks you for a goal weight and date, your height age weight etc info and gives you a number of calories. it helped me get an idea of a healthy number. good luck!

  • We've been doing marinades. Sam's club has a huge bottle of sweet and spicy that's good and then all the different flavored onces near the steak sauce in the store are also good. We did sun dried tomato on thin cut chicken breasts on the grill tonight and it was fab :)
