How to walk to burn?
I've learned so much in the past couple of days on these forums. Walking 3 mph at 9 incline and gaining weight?
Realllllly frustrated. I have stayed under my calorie goal and have done at least one half hour lomg treadmill session a day for a week. Some days I even did two. I weigh in on Friday morning and I've gained a pound. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?:mad:
