I have been doing this for 40+ days and I didn't lose anything AT ALL the first 2 weeks! I'm 5'10" and it is VERY awkward wearing heels! I feel like I'm always looking down on everyone else. Lol.

Thanks for the tidbit "Uncle Tob!" I'm almost 26 and this has reminded me that I'm doing the right thing, and that I need to keep up with it! It was so easy to stay slim BEFORE 2 kids, but now... WOW! It is tough! I'm always too tired! ha ha ha... But this is a great thing to keep in mind!

I don't really like Dr. Oz, but these were some helpful tips! I'm going to try drinking a bottle of water 20-30 minutes before every meal and see how that goes! Thanks for the link! :flowerforyou:
