I have been taking B-12 shots and have not noticed a whole lot of difference. I have been taking them for energy. I'm going to switch to the pills and see if that is better.

I agree and do make her eat at least 4 or 5 of whatever veggie is being served with the meal (except peas. more peas than that). Figure if she tries the straws and likes them then i will serve them to her as well as the reg. vegetables.

With my daughter I'm willing to try anything to supplement. She eats her veggies with ketchup. Its very hard to get her to eat more than tomatos and green beans. For me, I love veggies. Looking for more cold veggies to bring to work. Don't mind heating them up but then they get cold if I get stuck on the phone. lol.

I have used the big jars of Ragu. lol. Hold them up over your head, bend your elbow so that the jar is lowered behind your head and then raise back up.

You look great!! Sometimes the inches come off first. Thats what I am hoping because the numbers aren't dropping on the scale for me either. i will test my jean size at the end of this month. Awesome job!!!

Make a veggie wrap. tottilla lunch meat, a little cheese, romaine lettuce, onion, tomato (veggies you like) and roll it up. or if you don't like the tortillas use a lettuce leaf to roll everything together. yum..

Thank you everyone. I have to take it one day at a time and have to remember that slip ups happen. What comes after that and the next day is important. I can do this and I will do this. I am strong and I know where I want to get there. Just one step at a time and I will get there.

i get canckles only not all the time. Most of the time throughout the day my ankles are fine and then in the evening they swell. I can feel the pressure of my skin filling out. Not painful but not pleasent either. :(
