I might be out but never down. Will continue with the challenges because i can do this. Here are my measurements: Height 5'0 Weight 183.4 Waist 46 Hips 47 Forearm 12.5 Wrist 9 I have been doing burpees with another challenge and up through yesterday was at 28 total for 1/1-1/5. I have also been doing 100 crunches every day 1/1-1/5. Starting the daily challenges today.

Did not exercise yesterday or the day before. Was taking care of my kids who were sick and recovering from pulled muscles in my legs. have to find a better way of stretching to not have this happen again. Today will be back on track.

3 sets of 20 wood chops & 40 globe jumps=30 min, walked 1 mile 16 min, 100 jumping jacks=20 min, 50 squats =10 min, 30 knee lifts and 10 crunches=20 min. 10 push ups Total calorie burn 670. Ended up putting them under Calisthenics vigorous for crunches and light for mermaids. Calorie burn is 124.

Thank you. Having a hard time entering most of the exercises. Frustrating because it shows -0 for tracking on the profile when i know that i'm doing it. grr..

I did it!! Well, walked it. But, I walked it in 8 min. For me that is HUGE!!! 10 floors worth!! Last time i tried it I took 30 min. Yay!!!
