    Thur. December 1st: 100 Crunches & 10 mermaids
    Fri. December 2nd: 3 sets of 20 wood chops & 40 globe jumps
    Sat. December 3rd: 3 sets of 20 swimmers presses & 3.1 mile walk, run or bike
    Sun. December 4th: 1 min. bear walk, 20 leg lifts and 100 jumping jacks
    Mon. December 5th: 5 mile walk, run or bike
    Tues. December 6th: 3 sets of 20 wood chops, 3 sets of 20 swimmer presses & 3.1 walk, run or bike
    Wed. December 7th: 30 windshield wipers, 30 sets of 21's & 15 front kicks
    Thur. December 8th: 3.1 mile walk, run or bike, 3 sets of swimmers presses
    Fri. December 9th: Check-In, Rest Day and you have to do something nice for yourself (must be check-in no later than 9 a.m. on the 10th or you will be eliminated

    I will get my mesurements in this evening. Does anyone know how to log the crunches and mermaids in our exercise tab? When I enter each into the search they aren't found. please help.

    okay, so I might not be posting measurements on time.... but please let me! I need this challenge! I've got a very sexy, fit, trim, military lover who won't have seen me for a month and a half and I want to look hella good the next time he's home (in around 20 days - yikes!)

    All right! 100 crunches, 10 mermaids( hope I did them correctly), AND bonus 100 jumping jacks DONE!!!

    Im no good at copy/paste, but to enter crunches, go into diary under strength training and enter abdominal crunches.

    Thank you. Having a hard time entering most of the exercises. Frustrating because it shows -0 for tracking on the profile when i know that i'm doing it. grr..

    Ended up putting them under Calisthenics vigorous for crunches and light for mermaids. Calorie burn is 124.
